Crepes is the French word for "Pancake" which is exactly what these light paper-thin creations are. They can be made from plain or sweetened batters with various flours and used for savory or desert dishes.

The Den at Nicklaus North Golf Club welcomes customers year round. The restaurant is about a 5 minute drive north of the Village in the lovely residential area of Nicklaus North. Take in the breathtaking views of Green Lake, the surrounding mountains and maybe even catch a float plane arriving or departing. Order fondues for the full flavour of being in a ski resort or stick to their regular continental menu. In the spring, summer and fall active golfers regularly take advantage of the restaurant's close proximity to the greens. Restaurant opens November 27, 2003 for the winter season.
